Antonia 'Toya' Carter's Visual Beauty Inc. is looking for a 11 young ladies. Our goal is to reward positive achievement among Atlanta area girls between the ages of 12-16. Do you know someone? Could this girl be you?

Additional requirements for consideration are your report card from last year with a C average or better, no more than 5 excused absences, two personal letters of recommendation (one page or less) and a current photo.
