Need VS. Want can be very challenging.
To john.. success could be working 50-60 hours a week to have made a million dollars..
To Bill.. success could be having enough free time to enjoy his second love of painting, and only working enough to pay his rent..
To me success is an inner sense of accomplishment through any means.. i like the quotes you put up.
