Usher "Here I Stand". . .

in line to buy the c.d today? I'm not sure this c.d will match up to the "Confessions" c.d that I'm still listening too! I like "Love in the Club" because Jeezy goes hard and you can't help but like it when you hear it every other song on the radio. The second single, "Moving Mountains" videointeresting topic (considering I'm still not sold on the wedding and the marriage; listen to the words) but I'm not impressed on the video. I know that making a c.d is not the easiest thing to do and year after year many singers try to live up to the hype but do you think that "Here I Stand" will be better than "Confessions"? How do you out do yourself?

Another Great Finale "Grey's Anatomy" Season 4

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a "Grey's Anatomy" ADDICT and all I can say is we have ended another awesome season with an amazing finale "Freedom"! I guess the writer's block ended right on time because the show lost no momentum and took their eager patiently awaiting audience on another ride- An awesome ride at that! This ride was better than the hottest ride at Six Flags or Busch Gardens, thanks Shonda Rhimes (executive producer)!

Here goes a little of the shows hot topics: A guy covered in concrete because of a bet, Rebecca's slits her wrist, Alex calls Izzy a "Bitch!", Cristina tells Yang to back the hell up, Mc. Steamy's trying to turn over a new leaf and not be so much of a male whore (giving Callie a play by play of her and Dr. Hahn together while they are "together" Hahn and Callie turn into "girlfriends" while Mc. Steamy watches them kiss for like ever, Miranda sees the bigger picture and turns the clinic back over to Izzy, Alex begs Izzy for one night, Lexie reads the employee files and gives George the best pep talk ever which in turn gives him the balls to tell the chief I want another chance at the test, the chief tells Adele he is moving back home and. . .

Meredith and Derek finally get the clinical trial right with a successful brain tumor reduction and Derek returns to the land to find Meredith on the property, having laid out the plans for the house he wants to build in candles!
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Meredith has seemed to finally understand that all the mess that she has gone through leads her to a better place in her own skin and a better place in her love life! Thanks Ma, for all the failures that her mother was to her she can now see how to get it right herself. . . hopefully, all she has to do is not stand in her own way!

Meredith: Where have you been?! I've been waiting and waiting for you! And I did this stupid, embarrassing, humiliating, corny thing. And I was just gonna tell you that, this over here is our kitchen and this is our living room, and over there that's the room our kids could play. I had this whole thing about I was gonna build us a house, but I don't build houses because I'm a surgeon. And now I'm here feeling like a lame ass loser. I got all whole and healed and you don't show up. And now it's all ruined because you took so long to come home! And I couldn't even find that bottle of champagne ... "The Declaration" Ashanti Hits Stores June 3rd

The Declaration is the upcoming fourth studio album by American hip hop soul singer Ashanti. The album is scheduled to be released June 3, 2008.

The album will include the single "The Way That I Love You" plus upcoming single "Body on Me" featuring Akon and Nelly.

She has come along way, same pose but she has aged gracefully and I LOVE the picture that she chose for her CD cover. . . though she looks adorable as a child all dresses up for her favorite holiday "Halloween!"

Obama Warns GOP "Lay Off My Wife"

So how funny is it that Obama told Republican's very calm on Good Morning America "Don't mess with my wife or my family!" and then smiled. You got to love that! He showed America that you can say what you want about me but not about my family, you go Obama!


Sen. Barack Obama ripped into a Republican ad today that targets comments made by his wife, Michelle, and called the GOP tactic "low class" and "detestable."

The Illinois senator told "Good Morning America" that he expects hardball tactics from the Republicans if he becomes the Democratic presidential nominee.

"But I also think these folks should lay off my wife," he told "GMA" as his wife chuckled beside him.

China One Child Policy Causes Pain After Earthquake

China stopped for three minutes to mourn the estimated 50,000 people killed by the earthquake exactly one week earlier. This is touching that a country with over
1,321,851,888 people they all stopped their lives for three minutes to mourn.

But I'm wondering in a country where there is a one child per family policy

What do you feel when your child is one of the ones that dies in an earthquake where the death toll is 50,000 people?

I have friends who have 2, 3 and some even 4 children and they love them dearly so what would they feel if one day they lost one? Or more devastating how would they feel if they lost there only child?


I don't have any children and I was still at a loss of words when I watched families still calling out their child's names a week after the earthquake. I am deeply troubled that some of these families have stated that they would not have children again just because they never want to feel this type of pain. I'm troubled though I can understand not wanting to miss those precious moments of first words or first steps etc. My heart and my prayers go out to the many families that were effecting in the quake. . . As I take my three minute moment of silence now. . .
